Stephen Bannworth

Chairman of Board

Recognized as a key industry leader in the development of agricultural products for use in frozen manufacturing applications, Stephen Bannworth currently serves as vice president of sales for the frozen vegetable and farms division of ConAgra Foods Lamb Weston, Inc. Bannworth spent 11 years as vice president of sales at Watts Brothers Farms prior to it being acquired by ConAgra Foods Lamb Weston Inc. Before joining Watts Brothers Farm, he spent six years at Stokely USA and also helped organize and participate as a Board member for the Texas/Mexico Frozen Vegetable Council from 1985-1991. He graduated from Texas A&M with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics.

Susan Lambert serves as president and CEO of DN2K. Lambert is an experienced executive with a keen focus on and expertise in delivering technology innovation for leading-edge software-driven organizations. With more than 25 years of experience, she has demonstrable expertise in strategic business planning and in developing and growing profitable synergistic business partnerships with large corporations and startups as well as federal, state and local governments.

As one of the independent farm owners of Tom Farms, Kris Tom has driven numerous projects to help serve the company and develop its strategic growth, including the development and expansion of CereServ, a 2.2 million bushel grain facility (CereServ, Inc.) where he currently serves as secretary. Kris also works in conjunction with numerous precision agriculture companies consulting and helping them implement technology on the farm. Kris holds a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University and is a graduate of the Executive Program for Agriculture Producers. He also serves as an independent consultant for agriculture technology companies.
